FCOG(SA) Final is here — rolling release for the July cohort

The FCOG(SA) Final is open. If you're writing in July, you can start using it today.
We weren't planning to launch Finals this soon. But the requests kept coming — candidates writing this sitting wanting access to the Final course and, above all, its question bank. So we listened, and brought it forward.
Why rolling release
A complete Final course — every domain, every figure — won't be ready before the July papers, and holding it all back until then helps no one writing now. So instead of waiting, Cogneez Final ships in rolling release: we start with a first tranche of high-yield topics, chosen against the CMSA exam blueprint, publish them the moment each clears clinical review, and keep adding and deepening as we curate the rest. You get the material that matters most, first — and it grows under you while you study.
What's live today — and it's substantial
This opening tranche is the consultant-exit-level, high-probability ground, not a teaser:
- In-depth SBAs — South-African-context vignettes at exam standard, every option explained.
- Textbook-depth chapters — each pitched one level up from Intermediate: advanced management, the controversies, and appraisal of the primary literature, with a landmark-trials table you can click straight through to the source.
Topics in the first batch include pre-eclampsia (early-onset severe · aspirin · antihypertensives), cardiac disease & diabetes in pregnancy, postpartum haemorrhage, contraception in high-risk women, PMOS, colposcopy & cervical premalignancy, cancer in pregnancy, caesarean at full dilatation, and maternity statistics & critical appraisal.
Jeeni is on it too
Jeeni, your AI tutor, reads your Final practice the way she reads Intermediate — your strengths, your gaps, the concepts you keep slipping on, and the highest-yield thing to do next. Point her at the Final question bank and she personalises your run-in to July: what to drill today, what's fading, where the marks are. She keeps the course current as guidelines change, and (Max, coming soon) will chat two-way and research the verified corpus with you.
Still coming — and that's the point
The medical illustrations and infographics that make Cogneez click are still in the pipeline for Finals. They'll land topic by topic, alongside new domains — and that's exactly why rolling release matters: sign up now and you get the benefit immediately, and every update arrives automatically, right when you need it for July.
For the people writing in July
Reading is free for everyone. And every new sign-up unlocks all Pro features free for two weeks (2/52) — the full Final question bank, daily sessions and Jeeni — no card. You're among the first to use it, and your feedback decides what we deepen and ship next.
